6 Tips On How To Transform Your Bad Habits Into Good Habits



How Bad Habits can interupt your life?
- Bad Habits can stop us from accomplishing our goals
- Bad Habits can waste your time and energy
- Bad Habits can jeopardize our health both mentally and physically

Why Bad Habits are formed?
- Bad habits are formed because of stress and boredom. When you are stress, you're doing the bad habits like smoking, drinking alcohol, etc.
When we are bored, we are always doing things like sleeping late, wasting time on the internet, bad habits of being late,bitting your nails, pulling your hair, tapping your foot and clenching your jaw.

When I did my bad habits, I have regrets because I realized that I've wasted my time for a long time in doing my bad habits. I cannot move on because I felt guilty and wish that I can come back the time that I've wasted. I wish If I did productive work, my time would not be wasted! :(

Tip 1: Be aware on how many time you'redoing your bad habits.

Tip 2: Track how many times your bad habits happens. Put a piece of paper in your pocket and a pen. Each time your bad habit happens, write it and count it all on how many times you're doing it.

Tip 3: Replace it in good habits. Once you're aware on what are you're bad habits and how many times you're doing it, replace it in good habits. It takes time, effort and mindset to make it work for you. It take perseverance if you really want to change.

Tip 4: Choose the substitute for your bad habits.
Examples:
 What are you going to do when Facebook is calling you to procrastinate?
- I'll read valuable books that will make me learn new things in my business.

What are you going to do when you're sleeping late at night?
- I'll read books and watch my training videos (para antukin ako xD)
- Turn off gadgets, tv etc,

Whatever you're doing that triggers and causes your bad habits, avoid them and throw them away!

Tip 5: Did you know that? You don't need to become entirely a new person, you just need to return the old you! When we were born, we didn't have an existing habits that we are doing now. The truth is that you already have it in you to be someone without your bad habits. You don't need to quit smoking! You just need to return the old you! You just need to return to being a non-smoker.
You don't need to transform into a healthy person, you just need to return being healthy.

I'm always doing my bad habits like sleeping late, wasting my time because of watching TV and playing games and doing nothing at home.

I improved a lot because I started to replace my bad habits into good habits! Kapag hindi ako makatulog at nagpupuyat ako, nagbabasa ako ng mga e-books at nanonood ng mga training videos ko (para antukin ako xD) hindi na ako nanonood ulit ng mga teleserye, hindi naman ako magbebenefit dun eh, hehe
Kapag nata-traffic ako lagi tuwing pauwi galing sa work ko at nakapila ng mahaba sa sakayan, dala ko lagi ang gadget ko  at ginagawa ko paring productive ang time ko kapag nakikinig ako ng mga audio books. Akala nila nakikinig ako ng music pero nag-aaral pain ako 'nun, para akong may kausap na mentor na nagtuturo sa akin at natututo pa ako, kaya hindi na ako ulit nabobored kahit traffic! :)
