How To Stick To Your Goals Even Though You're Lack of Will Power and Motivation





Naranasan niyo na rin bang may pagkakataon sa buhay natin na sobrang motivated tayo kasi positive tayo sa sarili natin at may mga taong nagmomotivate at nagiinspire sa atin? Minsan naman may mga taong negative sa atin kaya nababawaasan yung pagiging motivated natin sa sarili? Minsan motivated tayo, minsan hindi at nakakalimutan na rin natin kung ano ba yung mga goals natin.

Kikilos ka lang ba kapag may willpower ka at motivation sa dapat mong gawin? Paano kung wala ka sa mood at hindi mo feel na gawin yung goals mo? Set ka ba ng set ng deadlines kung kailan mo ito matatapos pero sa huli nag-fafail ka parin?

Parang nasayang lang yung oras mo pero wala namang nangyayaring resulta. Ganyan din yung nararanasan ko at nangyayari sa akin, marami akong regrets dahil marami rin akong nasayang na oras. Frustrated ako nung mga tine na yun at naiinis ako sa sarili ko dahil naisip ko kung ginamit ko lang yung oras na yun para maging productive, marami na sana akong na-achieve ngayon. This time, I want to share a new strategy that I learned to achieve your goals and also achieve the success you wanted.

The Problem With How We Usually Set Goals

Alam ko marami ka ring dreams and goals sa buhay, pero meron tayong mga pagkakamali na hindi natin alam.
"We usually set a deadline, but not a schedule."
Nakafocus lang tayo sa end goal o sa deadline kaya kapag hindi natin na-achieve yung goal na 'yun. Posibleng mag-give up tayo dahil set tayo ng set ng deadline pero paulit-ulit parin ang nangyayri at bumabalik ka pa rin sa dati. In short walang consistency!

For example" "I want to lose 50 pounds by summer."
"I will became a millionaire at the age of 25 years old."

Anu ba yung action at time na willing mong ibigay para ma-achieve mo yang goal mo?

The power of setting a schedule not a deadline 

Kailangan natin maging habit ang actions na gagawin natin by setting a schedule to operate rather than deadline to perform by.

1. Prioritize a goal that is most important to you and what you have to do first.
2. Instead of giving yourself a deadline, get your calendar and set your schedule time to work towards it consistently. Even if your busy at work or for other things, you should set a specific time for you to take action on it consistently.

I will share to you the examples that I'm doing when setting my schedule.

5 Minute rule 

For example I'm doing exercise every morning, I'm doing it consistently without skip until It became my habit. And eventually you will do it more maybe from 5-10 minutes because your doing it consistently.

I will never became late again in my work, so I've set a schedule that I will came early 5 minutes before the time, and after I'm always doing that, I always came 10 minutes earlier before the time. And eventually it became my habit.

I'm writing articles of my blog everyday every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday and I will publish it every night at 9-10pm.
-Sometimes I don't feel like doing it because I want to do it when I'm inspired, but If I will do that, I will not finish something. It doesn't matter when you do the best work when you're inspired, what matters is when your doing it in a consistend basis inspite of your mood.
My goal is simply to write an article, there is no target that I will do 2-5 articles everyday. On the first day that I did it, I only finish a one short article but after a week, I'm doing a 2 complete article per day. You will eventually do more that what you expected if you do it consistently in a small to big.

I want reading book to be my habit, so I'm reading books everyday. I just started to read 1-2 chapters of my book per day, but after a week I finished reading 2 books per week. And it became my habit! Amazing!

Dream big but start small! Even though you're doing it in a small steps and you're consistent on taking action with your goals. You will not stop doing it because you have a schedule to follow and its easy to achieve your goal it you're keep on track doing it productively. You can track what you can accomplish because you've set a schedule. You can do this strategy in any goals that you have and want to achieve.

I learned it from James Clear and his E-book is very interesting.

                 The first thing that you must know is why you should invest your money?


The main reason is the inflation. Inflation is the biggest enemy in our lives. You know why? My mother told me that when she was in elementary, her allowances is 1 peso per day and she can buy a pandesal in 50 centavos. Now you can only but a piece of candy. Halimbawa ang halaga ng iyong dream car ay 1 Million ngayon pero after 5-10 years mas lalong tataas ang presyo nito doble o triple pa. So kailan ang deadline ng goals mo? kailan mo makukuha iyon? at paano?

6 Tips On How To Transform Your Bad Habits Into Good Habits



How Bad Habits can interupt your life?
- Bad Habits can stop us from accomplishing our goals
- Bad Habits can waste your time and energy
- Bad Habits can jeopardize our health both mentally and physically

Why Bad Habits are formed?
- Bad habits are formed because of stress and boredom. When you are stress, you're doing the bad habits like smoking, drinking alcohol, etc.
When we are bored, we are always doing things like sleeping late, wasting time on the internet, bad habits of being late,bitting your nails, pulling your hair, tapping your foot and clenching your jaw.

When I did my bad habits, I have regrets because I realized that I've wasted my time for a long time in doing my bad habits. I cannot move on because I felt guilty and wish that I can come back the time that I've wasted. I wish If I did productive work, my time would not be wasted! :(

Tip 1: Be aware on how many time you'redoing your bad habits.

Tip 2: Track how many times your bad habits happens. Put a piece of paper in your pocket and a pen. Each time your bad habit happens, write it and count it all on how many times you're doing it.

Tip 3: Replace it in good habits. Once you're aware on what are you're bad habits and how many times you're doing it, replace it in good habits. It takes time, effort and mindset to make it work for you. It take perseverance if you really want to change.

Tip 4: Choose the substitute for your bad habits.
Examples:
 What are you going to do when Facebook is calling you to procrastinate?
- I'll read valuable books that will make me learn new things in my business.

What are you going to do when you're sleeping late at night?
- I'll read books and watch my training videos (para antukin ako xD)
- Turn off gadgets, tv etc,

Whatever you're doing that triggers and causes your bad habits, avoid them and throw them away!

Tip 5: Did you know that? You don't need to become entirely a new person, you just need to return the old you! When we were born, we didn't have an existing habits that we are doing now. The truth is that you already have it in you to be someone without your bad habits. You don't need to quit smoking! You just need to return the old you! You just need to return to being a non-smoker.
You don't need to transform into a healthy person, you just need to return being healthy.

I'm always doing my bad habits like sleeping late, wasting my time because of watching TV and playing games and doing nothing at home.

I improved a lot because I started to replace my bad habits into good habits! Kapag hindi ako makatulog at nagpupuyat ako, nagbabasa ako ng mga e-books at nanonood ng mga training videos ko (para antukin ako xD) hindi na ako nanonood ulit ng mga teleserye, hindi naman ako magbebenefit dun eh, hehe
Kapag nata-traffic ako lagi tuwing pauwi galing sa work ko at nakapila ng mahaba sa sakayan, dala ko lagi ang gadget ko  at ginagawa ko paring productive ang time ko kapag nakikinig ako ng mga audio books. Akala nila nakikinig ako ng music pero nag-aaral pain ako 'nun, para akong may kausap na mentor na nagtuturo sa akin at natututo pa ako, kaya hindi na ako ulit nabobored kahit traffic! :)

4 Things I Realized Why I Want To Build My Own Business



         
        Nung nasa first year college palang ako, mahilig na akong magbasa ng mga libro tungkol sa mga financial literacy. Kung paano mag-invest at magtayo ng sariling negosyo. Simula nong nagabasa ako ng mga ganung libro, naging interesado ako at doon ako nagsimulang mangarap na magkaroon ng sarili kong business. Kasi hindi naman itinuturo sa school yung true reality at advantage kapag may sarili kang business eh. Ang itinuturo lang sa amin ay puro academics at kung paano magkaroon ng magandang trabaho, kaya tuloy ung iba employee mindset at kuntento na sa pagiging empleyado. Sabi nga ng mga magulang natin kailangan na magkaroon tayo ng maganda at matataas na grades para maganda rin ang magiging trabaho natin at makahanap tayo agad ng high paying job. Pero pagdating ba sa business kailangan mo ba ng mataas na grade? Your grades doesn't define what will be your future. It's a matter of choice kung gusto mong maging empleyado at magtrabaho sa business ng iba na kahit kailan hindi naging sa'yo!

One of my inspiration is my dad because he started from rags to riches. Nanggaling siya sa mahirap ng pamilya lang, hanggang sa dumating na yung time na ayaw na siyang pag-aralin ng magulang niya. Pero nagsikap parin siya sa sarili nya dahil gusto niya talagang makapagtapos ng pag-aaral kahit mahirap lang sila. Ngayon meron na siyang profitable business pero hinde q alam kung anong strategy ang ginawa nya hehe.

4.  No Work No Pay. Habang nagwowork ako, narealize ko na sobrang hirap pala ng buhay. Bukod dun ay wala ka pang time sa pamilya mo, kung meron man ay konting oras lang kasi 8-10 hrs. ang trabaho mo eh.

3. I hate to commute. Tuwing umaga sobrang hassle kasi ang hirap mag-commute papunta sa trabaho mo. Biruin mo araw-araw paulit ulit nalang na ganito ang nangyayari sa buhay mo? Yung iba no choice kaya nagtatrabaho nalang. Pero narealize ko na may iba pa pala akong choice! Dito ako mas nagpursigi at nangarap na magkaroon ng sarili kong business dahil gusto ko ng time freedom!

2. I want to retire young and rich and its possible if I will study how to build my own business. At naumpisan ko ng pag-aralan kung paano gawin yun. Marami kasi akong nakikitang opportunity na pwedeng magpabago ng buhay ko. Lahat ng business guru, investment educator nireresearch ko at natututo ako sa kanila ng libre! Na-iinspire ako sa mga nagiging successful sa business. Ginagawa ko kasing advantage yung internet para magself-study at hindi para sayanging yung oras ko sa pag-ffb o paglalaro! Lahat ng information na gusto mong malaman nasa internet at pwede mong i-google lahat! Malawak at makabago na ang teknolohiya natin ngayon! :)

1. Ang unang dahilan kung bakit gusto kong magkaroon ng sariling business ay para magkaroon ng time freedom, financial freedom at magretire ng maaga. Kapag hawak mo kasi ang sarili mong oras pwede akong magpunta kahit saan kasama ang pamilya ng walang iniisip na trabaho. Gusto kong gamitin yung oras ko kasama yung pamilya ko habang nabubuhay pa sila, dahil kapag nawala sila hinde ko na maibabalik yung mga oras na hindi ko sila nakasama. Imagine kung magrretire ka ng maaga magkakaron ka ng financial freedom hinde mo na kailangan magtrabaho pa, secure ka na dahil naihanda mo na yung magiging future mo. Pero hindi ko naman pinangarap na maging pinakamayamang tao dahil alam naman natin na ang lahat ng bagay dito sa mundo ay may katapusan. Hindi mo naman madadala yung lahat ng kayaman mo kapag namatay ka, Hindi ka naman maililigtas niyan. Ang pinakamahalaga sa akin na kayaman ay yung pananampalaya na meron ako, gusto kong ibigay yung oras ko sa paglilingkod sa Dios habang may buhay pa ako kaya gusto ko magkaroon ng time freedom!

My Stories of Failure and Obstacles In My Business


I started this business when one of my friend introduced it to me. I'm an open-minded person who are willing to find good opportunities that can help me to achieve financial freedom. Since I was a child, I aspire to become wealthy and find ways on how I can achieve my dreams. But I realized, it is very hard to achieve that because of many obstacles and failure. I'm afraid to be rejected because I take it personally.

Dreamstealers
       
          They are my love ones who are so close to me and they are important people in my life. My family are afraid because they also experience to do this business. They told me: What if you fail? That business is only for the rich, we cannot afford that! You don't have customers for that business. I told you! You will not earn from that business because you will just fail. You're wasting your time for that business, you should rather study hard and look for a high paying job!!

          For me it hurts because they are my family. They should be the one who will be proud of me and who will support and motivate me. But I'm wrong, they are the one who always hurt me. Because of that, I stopped my business for a while and focus more on my studies but I didn't quit I just wanted to take a rest.

Fear of rejections and failures

          All of my friends and relatives didn't join my business. I've already open my business to all of them but they rejected me. I thought I was a failure because they don't like my business. I'm afraid of public speaking because I'm an introvert person, I don't like talking and interacting to people even strangers! I also talked to a different kinds of people everyday. I talked to 50 to 100 strange people but no one showed up in my business opportunity meetings. I also give free service of my product but I couldn't find the right business partners that I'm looking for.

Attrition

          When I started my business I'm very excited because I have my own mentor and it has a big team that can help me in my business. They are helping me to present my business opportunity to my prospect. My mentor was very enthusiastic to present and close the products to my customers. But after a few months, my mentor disappeared and left her team. We are very disappointed because my mentor is not a good example and also didn't show any result and chose to leave the team. As a result, my other teamated quit but I didn't chose to quit because I still don't lose hope and never give
up. I don't want to be a loser and rather be an employee. I want to escape in the rat race because I want to be different among other people. I don't want to be like them and work for other people.
"I'd rather work for my business rather than work for other's business."
Deception

          I approach all of my friends and acquaintance regarding my business opportunity and products. I scheduled all of them but no one showed up. I've already talked to 20-50 stranger per week but no one is interested in my business. Maybe, they don't want a time freedom and financial freedom. Most of the people that I've met, they are just an employee-minded person and I don't want to work with someone who are not open-minded. I'll just waste my time and effort on teaching them because they didn't have an existing desire to be wealthy. I'd rather choose a person who are willing to learn and motivated.

No skill on target marketing

          This is the main reason why people who have a business in this industry quit because after they approach all of their friends, relatives and acquaintance, no one is still interested. All of them are negative in my business. People dont like selling them because it's very annoying. I also don't like tagging friends on Facebook about my business. I've already attending many seminars and trainings about personal development, motivational, inspiring and success seminars but I'm looking for a training that can teach me on how to market the products to find more target markets. I realized that I don't yet have an effective marketing skills to market all of my products.

          But I don't want to lose hope! I will find a way that can help me to grow my business! Five years from now, I will be an influential and valuable leader. I will become rich and all of those people who rejected me will see my success in my business.

  Until one day, I found a new strategy and a solution that can help me to build organization and attract customers and generate more quality prospects that will join in my business.

Kaysa magbakasakali kang mag-approach ng mga taong negative at wala namang balak magnegosyo. I know you don't want to work with people like that.

Hindi kasi naituro ito sa atin at konti lang ang nakakaalam ng strategy na ito, Kaya gusto ko kayong matulungan para mag-grow din ang business nyo kahit anong company pa iyan. Whether you're in the home based business or direct selling.

Excited ka na bang malaman ang strategy na natutunan ko? I will share to you the first thing that I realized in this business. Nalaman ko na kaya pala ako nirereject ng mga nakausap ko, pinakita ko kasi ang business ko sa maling tao na wala namang interes na gumanda ang buhay. Ayaw siguro nilang magkaroon ng time freedom and financial freedom. They chose to be in the rat race! And it's over! I don't want to waste my time in talking to people who are not open-minded.

Ngayon ay maghahanap tayo ng mga prospects na may existing desire na sa opportunity or product na meron ka. Pero paano ba natin gagawin 'yun? Anong strategy ba iyon? Hindi ka na ulit mawawalan pa ng mga qualified prospects if you apply this strategy.
